Shipping policy

 

Standard shipping is provided by Australia Post for a flat rate of $20. Orders of $149 or more ship free. 

Typically standard shipping is a 3-5 day service.

For urgent shipments, express shipping is available for a $30 flat rate via Australia Post Express Post. This is typically a two-day service but for full details on delivery timeframes, please visit the Australia Post Express Post site.

Please note that as we use a third-party logistics service, with a policy that orders ship next business day. So orders placed before 3:59pm will ship the following business day, however orders placed after 4pm are considered as received the following business day so do not ship until the next business day.

For example an order placed at 3:59pm on Thursday will ship the next day. An order placed at 4:05pm on Thursday will ship Monday.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and not guarantees, and while all care is taken, DNS Distribution cannot be held responsible for any carrier delays in shipments. During busy periods such as Christmas and Black Friday these delivery estimates may increase.
